  1. OK THE PARTY STUFF IS FOR A FAIR ON CP. EVERYONE CANT EVEN FIGURE THAT OUT. ROCKHOPPER SAYS IN HIS JOURNAL, YARR IS DRSSED LIKE A CARNIE, FAIR DECOR, THERES A FAIR IN THE FALL. GOT IT?
